Payment
Payment is acceptable both by credit card (Visa, Master, AMEX and Diners) and bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests made by May 15, 2015: 100% of the total fee will be refunded.
Cancellation requests received on or after May 16, 2015: No refund.
* A handling fee (for both credit card and bank transfer) will be deducted from the refund.

Accompanying person fee includes:
A choice each from Japanese culture experience programs (Kimono wearing, Tea ceremony and Flower arrangement) in the Congress venue and day excursions (Sapporo Art Park, Hokkaido Shrine and a local sake brewery, or Historical Village of Hokkaido). (The details are available here.)

NOTE: Anyone without a nametag (registered participant or accompanying person) will not be allowed to the Congress Venue.
Post-congress Tours (Excursion)
Post-congress Tours are planned for the Congress participants and their accompanying persons for a ‘time-out’ or to deepen the understanding of wildlife management in Hokkaido. The list of tours and the details are available here.
