Venue
The Sapporo Convention Center is a large scale international Convention Center with the facilities to handle your every need.
A large main hall (that can be partitioned into three) can handle a maximum of 3,000 participants. 7 meeting rooms with capacity ranging from 100-400 participants are available. It also contains 20 meeting rooms, a exhibition hall, reception venue, restaurant, and cafeteria. It also is located 3km from downtown Sapporo and is easily accessible with a 5 minute train ride.

Access
International direct flights from/to Guam, Honolulu, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Beijing, Honk Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, Busan, Taipei and Bangkok are also offered. Once at New Chitose Airport, it will take you only 35 minutes to get to the center of the city.

Lunch
Lunch is NOT included in the registration fee. IWMC 2015 Participants are free to choose their own lunch from the restaurant in SCC as well as a variety of shops (restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets) in the nearby shopping complex 'Iias Sapporo' (5 minutes on foot, between Higashi Sapporo Subway Station and SCC).
Childcare
Childcare service is available on a daily basis in SCC. You need to register your child in advance. The details of the childcare service and the registration are available here.
