Contributed Papers (Oral Presentations)

Presentations: Individual presentations allow for a brief overview of the major points / highlights of a particular project or program. Oral presentations are limited to 15-minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion). Oral presentations must be informational and must report on work completed.

Submission of presentation files: The presenters of the accepted oral presentations are asked to upload their presentation files by July 16, 2015. (An instruction with the designated URL will be sent to each presenter in June 2015.)

Contributed Posters (Poster Presentations)

Set up:
Posters can be set up from 9:00 am -12:00 pm on Monday, July 27.

Presentations:
A poster board size: approximately 210 cm high x 90 cm wide
Poster Set up time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, Monday July 27
Poster Take down time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, Thursday July 30

Poster Presentation Time (‘Core Time’) for odd-numbered posters (1, 3, 5 …):
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon, Tuesday July 28
Poster Presentation Time (‘Core Time’) for even-numbered posters (2, 4, 6 …):
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon, Wednesday July 29
